Looks like Cnet doesn’t have any more news, check out this post by Stephen Shankland, Microsoft ahead of Apple, Ubuntu in OS update reliability.
From the title you would guess that Microsoft update reliability means Apple and Ubuntu crashes your computer and MS is the only one that doesn’t crash your computer. Secondly the article describe the minute of downtime of update site, if we look how often these OS update itself MS is at the bottom. Some bugs would hardy get months before fixing, sometime you will have your updates on Patch tuesday only. And lastly its just useless to measure the downtime of these updates site.
