It would be totally cool if Google knol would have these features or would be like these:
1) Email an article (with gmail) to your friend
2) Save an article in Google Notepad
3) Locate link in Google Map
4) Save an event in Google Calendar that tell you that you would study an article on a given day
5) Random article (related to your interest) in iGoogle/Google Gadget
6) Compare notes with your friend using Google Docs Collaboration Style in Google Notepad
7) Further discuss an article in Google Groups
8 ) A link to blog an article in your Blogger account
9) Make a video response on an article in Youtube that can be seen in Knol Response/Comment Section
10) Highlight a section and drag it in your Google Notepad located at the side (right side would be better)
11) Integrate Google Adsense on the article that is about you or your company and have a Google Analytics on it
12) When a link from Knol is drop/written in Google Talk, it will generate a preview of that site including a 100 words telling what that article is about
13) In Google Talk, there will be a dedicated chat room for all the articles in Knol where people can communicate with each other on a certain topic
14) Mobile Version of Knol so you can view it in your class
15) A google Alert for the topic that you want
16) If an article is about a product, Google Project Search would appear and if you want to buy it Google Checkout would be there to help you
17) Google Music Trend on topics like hottest song
18) Your pictures in Picasa can become an article that falls under your knol page
19) If a person had an Orkut account then in his Knol page you can add him directly or view his profile from Knol.
20) Knol build-in as an application by default in Google Android
21) Summer of Knol like Summer of Code, is this even cool?
22) In Jaiku, Battle of the Knol Feature where for every knol page you blog you earn knowledge points.
23) Cool facts that would be include in Adscape Media ads in games so that the gamers can be a lot smarter
Isn’t that cool?
